However, Lady Furtuna smiled upon me and I had to go to Houston for a week. So this gave me the opportunity to catch up with Victor, whom I have not seen for 8 years. As it happens, his Mom was in Houston too, so we had some awesome dinner.
Hands down the best steak I've ever hand. A kewl thing they do is that you can pick out your steak yourself. Not that it would have made a difference for me, but nice to know you picked your food out yourself.
It looked like the stars were aligned perfectly, cause a friend of mine from Guatemala needed to travel to Europe and had a lay-over in Houston, so of course we had dinner :-)

Unfortunately I had no time to visit the NASA Space Center, but that is just another reason to go back to Houston.
