Awesome Christmas Present

YES! For Christmas I got new noice cancelling headphones :-)
The new Bose ones: QuietComfort 20i and they are AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I know the previous Bose models, but they are either over-ear or on-ear models, and I do not really like those, due to the fact that I am wearing glasses. Furthermore I start sweating around my ears when I use them over a longer period of time.

So about a year ago, I bought some Sennheiser active noise canceling headphones: The CXC-700
The are very nice and do noice canceling very well, however one could always hear some surrounding noice (especially in planes) and voices.

Unfortunately however, I forgot my Sennheisers on the plane beginning of this year, so I only had the pleasure of using these headphones for a very short period of time.

Now, with these new Bose headphones, I am totally flabbergasted as to their supreme performance, compared to the Sennheiser, but also to the on-ear/over-ear Bose models.

I like the fact that they are in-ear headphones, they lay very comfortable in my ears and even without the active noise cancellation, the headphones already block noise, due to the tight fit.

I have the 20i model, which has a 4 button control (2 volume, 1 pause and 1 noise cancelling button) . As mentioned on their website this "i" model is designed for iPhones, iPads, iPods.
I tried it with my Blackberry and they volume buttons work well, the only button that does not work with my BB is the pause button.
Would I have gotten the 20-no-i-model with only 2 buttons, then I guess the pause button would have worked, but would have had no volume buttons.

Some minor details, that I think could be better:
* The cable is rather short
* It has a build-in non-replaceable battery

Besides that it is an absolutely, superb, awesome, ingenious piece of equipment!! And should you be on the look-out for some active noise cancelling headphones, I totally recommend the Bose QuietComfort 20 (with or without "i").
